Hamamelis — Ointment (SBL)

Hamamelis Virginica — venous congestion with passive, oozing bleeding; a raw, sore soreness rather than sharp pain — the classic bleeding-piles remedy.

Traditionally reached for

• bleeding piles with a bruised, sore venous feeling
• varicose veins that feel sore and full

Classical materia medica reference (Boericke, 1927). Not a prescription or a diagnosis — for anything serious or persistent, also see a doctor. Full remedy picture →
