Where we deliver
S R Pharmacy delivers within Noida and Greater Noida West only. If your delivery address falls outside this area, the website will not be able to complete checkout, and if an order is placed for an out-of-area address our pharmacist will contact you and it will not be dispatched.
How delivery works
- Orders are delivered by our own rider — we do not use a courier service.
- There is no delivery charge within our delivery area at present.
- Delivery is normally made the same day or the next working day after your order is confirmed by the pharmacist. Timing depends on our opening hours (Mon–Sat, 9 am – 9 pm) and on our rider’s route that day.
- An order is only prepared for delivery after our registered pharmacist has reviewed and confirmed it. See How ordering works.
Payment on delivery
Payment is collected at the door by cash or UPI. Your itemised bill is handed over with the parcel.
If you are not available
If our rider cannot reach you or no one is available to receive the order, we will call or message you on WhatsApp to arrange another time. Medicines are not left unattended.
