What this website is
The website lists products we stock and offers a guided assistant to help you find an over-the-counter homeopathic option. It does not provide a diagnosis, a prescription or medical advice. For anything ongoing, severe or worrying, please also see a doctor or a qualified homeopath.
Placing an order
- Adding items to the cart and checking out places a request to order — it is not a confirmed sale, and no payment is taken at that point.
- Every order is reviewed by our registered pharmacist before it is confirmed. We may contact you on WhatsApp to clarify a potency, a pack size, or whether a product suits you.
- We may decline or amend any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the pharmacist judges it unsuitable, or if the delivery address is outside our delivery area. You will be told before anything is dispatched or charged.
- A sale is concluded only when the order is confirmed by us and accepted by you.
Prices and payment
- All prices shown are the manufacturer’s MRP and are inclusive of GST.
- Your final itemised bill is raised by the pharmacy at the time of billing and is handed over with your order. Minor differences from the cart total can occur where a pack size or variant is adjusted during review — you will be told first.
- Payment is by cash or UPI on delivery. Online card / UPI pre-payment may be added later.
Delivery
We deliver by our own rider within Noida and Greater Noida West only. See Shipping & Delivery.
Returns
Medicines cannot be returned once delivered except where we have made an error. See Returns & Refunds.
Your account and communication
To order you provide your name, delivery address and a mobile number. We contact you about orders by WhatsApp and, where given, by email. See our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Products are supplied for use as directed on the pack and as advised by our pharmacist. S R Pharmacy is not liable for misuse, for use against a doctor’s advice, or for an allergic or idiosyncratic reaction that could not reasonably have been foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
