Berberis Pentarkan consists of Berberis vulgaris 1X 25mg, Lycopodium clavatum 2X 25mg, Urtica urens 1X 50mg, Taraxacum 1X 25mg, Excipients Q.S

As printed on the manufacturer’s label.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, it has to be taken as 1-2 tablets every hour, and once the acute complaints are start to subside, 1 tablet every two hours should be taken.
