Nisikind is a homoeopathic medicine formulated especially for colds and coughs in children. It is composed of certain proven homoeopathic medicines such as Aconitum napellus, Bryonia alba, Eupatorium perfoliatum, Gelsemium sempervivens, Ipecacuanha and phosphorus.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, it can be given for prevention as three globules three times a day. In acute cases, 5 globules every 2 hours should be given. After the improvement begins 5 globules every 3 hours to be given until the symptoms are better. It is preferably to be given 15 minutes before meals.
