Common Cold / Catarrh — Aconite vs. Allium Cepa vs. Euphrasia vs. Arsenicum vs. Nux Vomica: streaming watery nose that burns the upper lip and nostrils, with bland (non-burning) tears, violent sneezing, better in open air, worse in a warm room.
Allergic Rhinitis / Hay Fever — Allium Cepa vs. Euphrasia vs. Sabadilla vs. Arsenicum vs. Natrum Muriaticum: violent sneezing, a streaming watery nose that burns the lip and nostrils, with bland tears; worse indoors and in the evening, better in open air.
Potency: 30C three or four times a day while symptoms last.
