- a left-sided sore throat, worse on waking and from warm drinks.
- hot flushes and congestion around the menopause, worse for tight clothing.
Menopausal Complaints — Sepia vs. Lachesis vs. Sanguinaria vs. Glonoine vs. Amyl Nit: flushes of heat with a bursting headache, worse before a period would have come and on the left side, cannot bear anything tight around the neck or waist, very talkative.
Potency: 30C once or twice daily; a persistent sore throat needs review.
