Leucorrhoea — Sepia vs. Kreosotum vs. Borax vs. Alumina vs. Pulsatilla: a yellow-green discharge with a bearing-down "everything will fall out" sensation, worse before the periods, in a worn-out, indifferent woman who wants to get away from the family.

Heavy or Irregular Periods — Sabina vs. Trillium vs. China vs. Calcarea Carb vs. Sepia: irregular timing, too early or too late, with a bearing-down sensation and a dragging low back, indifferent and irritable.

Menopausal Complaints — Sepia vs. Lachesis vs. Sanguinaria vs. Glonoine vs. Amyl Nit: hot flushes with weakness and sweat, a bearing-down pelvic sensation, indifference to the family, weeps while describing it, dreads being alone; the leading climacteric remedy.

Bedwetting — Causticum vs. Equisetum vs. Sepia vs. Kreosotum vs. Pulsatilla: wets soon after falling asleep, in a very deep first sleep from which the child cannot be roused; often a passive, tearful child.
