What it’s reached for

Constipation — Nux Vomica vs. Bryonia vs. Alumina vs. Silicea vs. Lycopodium: the stool comes down to the verge and then slips back, has to be mechanically helped, with a sharp pain in the rectum afterward.
Sinusitis / Sinus Pain — Kali Bichromicum vs. Hydrastis vs. Silicea vs. Pulsatilla vs. Mercurius: chronic, with itching at the root of the nose, dry hard crusts that bleed when loosened, a stuffed feeling, very sensitive to cold.
Potency: 30C once daily for a week or two; avoid if there is implanted material.
