Topi Graphites cream is a specially formulated cream for skin complaints especially eczema which is of dry type and cracked thick skin. It is made from the remedy Graphites 1X which acts very well in skin complaints.

It needs to be spread in a thin layer over the affected area after it has been cleaned well. It should be used 2-3 times a day.
